Ahsay guides the returns policy for their product.  After Peak Backup submits the ticket and transfers funding to Ahsay, there policy at that point is no refund.  No shipping applies since the product is download and license key is provided by e-mail.

Peak Backup is authorized for new sales or existing licensing add-on for purchase whether originally purchased through Peak Backup or Ahsay.

Maintenance.  For purchase, maintenance is included free for the first year.  Maintenance is support and access for software releases.  Maintenance is optional, meaning the licensing is perpetual.  If you let maintenance lapse, then want to reinstate maintenance, you must pay the period that was lapsed. Maintenance invoicing will be sent directly from Ahsay.  You may pay Ahsay directly.  You may also pay at Peakbackup.com for a discount.  Peak Backup provides maintenance renewal for all licensing, purchased or leased, and will make every attempt to provide yearly discounts.  If your maintenance has lapsed, then you cannot assign (add) additional licensing to that license key.
